Delivery Time
For our customers from the USA the delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. We use a USPS delivery service for our customers from the USA. For our customers from Canada, the UK and Europe, the delivery time is approximately 3-10 business days, not including the order processing time. The order processing time is also 1-3 business days. This fast delivery time is made possible by our transit warehouses in the USA and Europe. All our products are made in Russia, but we packed our products in advance and shipped them to our transit warehouses in the USA (PA) and Europe. In this way, we can provide our customers from the USA, Europe, Canada and the UK with a faster shipping method than direct shipping from Russia. Please note that the specified delivery dates are not final and may vary.
Delivery time for Personal and customized products
In our store we offer many products according to individual sizes and customer requirements. For example, shungite bracelets, necklaces, pendants with a personal design or text. Such goods cannot be stored in a transit warehouse and are manufactured personally for each client. Production and delivery time for these items is approximately 7-15 business days. In addition, some products may run out of stock at our transit warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA, which may result in a delivery time of approximately 7–14 business days. This time is required to restock the products at our transit warehouse and hand them over to USPS for delivery to your doorstep.
Please note that all delivery times are approximate. Sometimes, postal services experience disruptions due to weather or any other conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the efficiency of postal services. We ask that you be patient and wait for your order to arrive in this case. Please don’t worry, all our orders are insured. You can always get a full refund or re-delivery if your package is lost. Simply contact us and let us know if your order is delayed in transit or lost.
Worldwide delivery
If your location is outside the US, Canada, Europe or UK, please don’t worry. We also deliver our creations all over the world. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of your parcel and the shipping method you chose. The weight and dimensions of each product are indicated in the additional information section. This section is located on the item card under the price and photos.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically each time you add a new item to your cart or change the quantity of the item. The cost of delivery to any country starts from USD 8.90. This price is available for items that are light in weigh. All prices on our website are in US dollars. You can always see the final delivery cost in your cart before you pay for your order. The shipping cost will be higher if your order contains heavy goods. The greater the weight of your order, the higher the shipping cost. If the total cost of your order exceeds $100 USD and the shipping cost seems too high for you, please contact us to discuss a personalized shipping rate for your order.
Customs duties and additional postage
For our customers from European countries that are part of the Single Customs Union, all prices on our website already include VAT. Please note that other countries have their own customs regulations. According to these regulations, the customs authorities in your country may require the payment of additional duties or other taxes when your package arrives in your country.
