Shungite and soapstone spheres

Shungite spheres harmonizers are made of Shungite and Soapstone and have small size. Take them with you or use them at home for practice of meditation. One sphere is made of a single piece of Shungite. This mineral has Yin energy. Second sphere is made of Soapstone. This mineral has Yang energy. Take the shungite sphere harmonizers  in your left hand and the soapstone spheres on the right hand. Your hands can be kept in pockets if necessary, for example in a public place.

Polished and Unpolished Surface

These shungite spheres harmonizers are two types of surface. The first type is polished. The second type is unpolished. The polished surface is very smooth and reflects light. Unpolished surface is rough, does not reflect light. Natural inclusions of pyrite and Quartzite minerals are clearly visible on such surface of Shungite rod. The type of surface does not affect the energy of the shungite spheres harmonizers.

Please note, that the color of the shungite harmonizers  hemisphere may differ from each other. The color of a soapstone can be from almost white with bluish or gray shades to dark blue. This is a feature of this stone. On one of these photos you can see what shades can be a soapstone.

Meditation

Close your eyes and take a calm, deep breath in and out. Try not to think about anything, feel only these minerals in your hands. 5-10 minutes will be enough to give you new strength. You can also massage your palms. On the palms of a person there are many active points affecting that you activate your body. Place the Shungite sphere between your open palms and start making circular movements clockwise, it takes 3-5 minutes. Place a sphere of soapstone between your open palms and start to make circular movements counterclockwise, it takes 3-5 minutes also. You can also roll these balls on other parts of the body acting on the active points of the person.
